Mushrooms in herb cream à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, whole, halved or finely sliced
  • ½ jar white wine
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch tarragon, very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chervil, very finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mushrooms à la cream

Melt the butter in a large pan, add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until soft. Then pour in the wine, add the herbs, sauté for a few more minutes, and serve on a warmed platter. Serve with white bread or toast.
