Fried potato balls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tbsp bouillon (meat bouillon)
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Using a potato scooper, scoop out small balls from the largest potatoes possible. Cook them briefly in boiling salted water until half cooked. Then fry them in a pan with hot butter until golden brown. Finally, combine the butter with the meat broth in the pan and simmer briefly, stirring, until a sauce forms. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
