Pineapple-banana punch

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 ml rum, amount according to taste
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cut the pineapple into chunks. Mix the orange juice, sugar, rum, and sparkling wine together and add the pineapple. I always add the juice from the canned pineapple as well. Let everything infuse. Chop the bananas into small pieces just before serving and add them to the punch.
