  • 1 tbsp, heaped butter
  • 1 tsp, heaped clarified butter
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. parsley

Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Fry the potato pieces in clarified butter with a dash of oil in a pan. Add the sliced ​​onions five minutes before the end of cooking. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the butter over the cooked fried potatoes, let it melt, and mash everything with a masher until small pieces are formed. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired, before serving.
