Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 large boiled potatoes, already cooked
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tbsp, heaped butter
- 1 tsp, heaped clarified butter
- salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley

Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Fry the potato pieces in clarified butter with a dash of oil in a pan. Add the sliced onions five minutes before the end of cooking. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the butter over the cooked fried potatoes, let it melt, and mash everything with a masher until small pieces are formed. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired, before serving.
