Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes (as mashed potatoes, possibly from the previous day)
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- nutmeg
- Salt
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the three eggs into the cooled mashed potatoes. Then, sift in enough flour until a smooth dough forms. Season the dough with a pinch of nutmeg and salt. Heat some fat in a pan and press the dough into approximately 1 cm thick discs. Fry them in the hot fat until golden brown.
