Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g boiled potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- e.g. lemongrass
- e.g. lemon pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
sweet and fruity
Peel the cooked potatoes and dice them. Melt the butter in a pan and add the brown sugar. Stir until dissolved. Then deglaze with lime juice. Now add the potatoes. Season with lemongrass and lemon pepper, if desired. Serve hot. Goes perfectly with tuna steaks with guacamole.
