- From the day before, when I cooked cauliflower and turned it in toasted breadcrumbs, there was still quite a bit of the crumbs left over. What to do? Throwing it away contradicts my feeling, and out of this “emergency” I thought to myself today, why shouldn’t I use it to “bread” the fried potatoes that I had as a side dish today. And it tasted very good!
