Ingredients
- 4 Large potatoes
- 300 g Green beans, frozen
- 3 Onions
- Salt pepper
- 2 Homemade meatballs
- Clarified butter
- Butter
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and slice or cut them into thin slices. Put the beans in boiling water and simmer gently for 8 minutes, then drain. Fry the potatoes in a little clarified butter.
- Peel the onions, cut 2 of them into rings, the third into fine cubes. At the end of the roasting time, add half of the diced onion to the potatoes. Salt and pepper these. Drain a little butter in a saucepan, sauté the remaining onion cubes and lightly fry the beans. Salt and pepper.
- Put plenty of clarified butter in a tall saucepan or wok, heat it and fry the onion rings in it. Drain on kitchen paper.
- Arrange the fried potatoes, beans and Boulette on a plate, add onion rings as a decoration. Good Appetite
