Fried Potatoes with Beans and Meatballs

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Large potatoes
  • 300 g Green beans, frozen
  • 3 Onions
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Homemade meatballs
  • Clarified butter
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and slice or cut them into thin slices. Put the beans in boiling water and simmer gently for 8 minutes, then drain. Fry the potatoes in a little clarified butter.
  • Peel the onions, cut 2 of them into rings, the third into fine cubes. At the end of the roasting time, add half of the diced onion to the potatoes. Salt and pepper these. Drain a little butter in a saucepan, sauté the remaining onion cubes and lightly fry the beans. Salt and pepper.
  • Put plenty of clarified butter in a tall saucepan or wok, heat it and fry the onion rings in it. Drain on kitchen paper.
  • Arrange the fried potatoes, beans and Boulette on a plate, add onion rings as a decoration. Good Appetite
