Fried potatoes with egg salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 m.-sized potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 700 ml milk, approx.
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot, possibly 2
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • Chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry with seasoning until crisp. Meanwhile, hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Mix the milk, cream, mustard, vinegar, and seasonings well and season to taste (the sauce should have a sour taste). Slice the eggs and pour the sauce over them. Serve the fried potatoes with egg salad and enjoy.
