  • Sunflower oil
  • 300 g Diced meat loaf
  • 8 medium Jacket potatoes
  • In slices
  • 2 large Onions
  • In rIngs
  • Salt pepper
  • Alternatively vegetable broth *
  • Sliced ​​chives for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the jacket potato slices, they should get some color, add the onion slices and toss them a few times.
  • In a second pan I fried the meat loaf cubes and then added them to the potatoes and seasoned everything with salt & pepper (I prefer to season with vegetable stock).
  • There was also a green leaf salad with natural yoghurt dressing
