Fried Potatoes with Meat Loaf and Onion Rings
The perfect fried potatoes with meat loaf and onion rings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Sunflower oil
- 300 g Diced meat loaf
- 8 medium sized Jacket potatoes
- In slices
- 2 size Onions
- In rIngs
- Salt pepper
- Alternatively vegetable broth *
- Sliced chives for sprinkling
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the jacket potato slices, they should get some color, add the onion slices and toss them a few times.
- In a second pan I fried the meat loaf cubes and then added them to the potatoes and seasoned everything with salt & pepper (I prefer to season with vegetable stock).
- There was also a green leaf salad with natural yoghurt dressing
