Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 450 g mushrooms, fresh (mixed mushrooms)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, light
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp, leveled flour
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 slices of sausage (turkey sausage)

Boil the potatoes in salted water, let cool, peel, and slice. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into large cubes, and sauté them with the peeled and diced onion and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with milk and stir in the cream cheese. Mix the flour with water until smooth, stir into the mushrooms, and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with curry powder and season to taste. Fry the potato slices with the sliced ​​turkey sausage in oil and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish the mushroom ragout with the cream. Serve with red cabbage.
