Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 2 large chicken breast fillets
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 3 large carrots
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • e.g. margarine or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the chicken breast fillets, season with paprika and curry powder, and fry in margarine or oil. Then, keep the chicken breast fillets warm in the oven. Chop the mushrooms, fry them in a pan, and keep them warm in the oven. Next, fry the potato dumplings. When they are lightly browned, add the chopped carrots and zucchini, and fry briefly. Finally, return the chicken breast fillets and mushrooms to the pan, season with vegetable stock, and serve.
