Light gnocchi chicken pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 200 g herb cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 1 tsp gyro seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, season with the spices, and fry in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil. Then transfer the fried chicken to a bowl and set aside. Add a little butter to the pan and fry the gnocchi on all sides until golden brown. Cut the mushrooms into 4 or 6 pieces (depending on size) and add to the gnocchi in the pan. Fry for 5 minutes. Slice the leek and add it to the pan. Fry for another 5 minutes. Return the meat to the pan, add the herb cream cheese, and heat everything together for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
