Ingredients

  • 5 medium sized Jacket potatoes
  • 1 white Chopped green onion
  • 1 white Rapeseed oil
  • 150 g Dice the seitan
  • 1 tsp Vegetables - salt

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the jacket potatoes (from the day before) - Peel, cut and chop the onion - Cut the piece of seitan into small cubes.
  • Heat the oil in the wok and fry the seitan cubes in it, add the onions and toss them through a few times.
  • Then add the sliced potatoes and fry everything for a few minutes. It is not advisable to obtain roasted aromas for light foods and nutritional supplements, as these are not yet easily digestible.
  • Season everything with the vegetable salt and toss a few times, then arrange on a plate and serve with pickled cucumbers and enjoy 🙂

Note:

  • Since it is still a diet and supplementary food, the "roasted aromas", ie the dark roast, must be avoided here, this is not yet appropriate as it is quite difficult to digest. You also have to do without hot spices here, but can be customized to suit everyone's taste.
