Ingredients
- 400 g Radicchio
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 2 Red Onion
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tablespoon Sliced almonds
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
- 50 g Olives Kalamat
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 100 g Sour cream
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the radicchio and onion. Cut the peppers into strips. Remove the fat from the bacon and cut into small pieces.
- Fry the bacon in the pan. Add the almonds and fry until they have turned brown. Reduce the heat, add the olive oil, onions, garlic, olives, paprika and the radicchio and sauté. The vegetables should still be firm to the bite.
- Add balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream. Ciabatta goes well with it.
