Liqueur: Coffee and Cream Liqueur
The perfect liqueur: coffee and cream liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 60 g Coffee beans
- 200 g Rock sugar brown
- 1 Fl Vodka
- 2 Star anise
- 0,5 Cinnamon stick
- Half an orange zest, peel
- 1 Can Bear brand, 10%
- Put coffee, sugar, spices in a milk bottle or a sealable container (1 l), fill up with vodka and shake regularly so that the sugar dissolves. Let it steep for 5 days. Drain through a sieve, top up with cream. Let it steep for another 3 days.
- Transfer to a decorative bottle and of course enjoy. Store cool. Is suitable as a present for Christmas.
