Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g short grain rice
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook rice. Whisk eggs with 1 teaspoon of salt and prepare scrambled eggs. Set aside. Finely chop the onion and carrot. Heat oil in a pan and briefly sauté the onion and carrot. Add the tuna and fry, stirring constantly, until it completely melts. Add the rice and soy sauce (or more oil if necessary) and fry. Finally, add the scrambled eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: The tuna can also be replaced with minced meat, finely chopped frankfurters, or Lyoner sausage. 541 kcal per serving.
