Fried salami macaroni with sliced ​​cheese and feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g pasta (macaroni), cooked, cold
  • 150 g salami, cut into small pieces
  • ½ pack of feta cheese, shredded
  • 5 slices of cheese
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup, or homemade tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (paprika-chili)
  • 1 tbsp butter, for frying
  • some cherry tomatoes, optional

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Add the butter and the finely chopped salami to the pan and heat. Once the butter has melted and the salami is cooked, add the macaroni and sizzle until crispy and brown. Only then turn, do not stir, and sizzle again until nicely browned. In the meantime, heat the ketchup or tomato sauce and stir in the cream cheese. Divide the crispy macaroni among plates and pour the tomato sauce over them. Quickly crumble the feta and cut the cheese into small cubes, then sprinkle over the dish. If desired, mix thinly sliced ​​cherry tomatoes into the finished sauce for a crispier, fresher flavor.
