- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp ghee
- Salt
- ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
- ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes, then rinse and peel. Carefully cut five lengthways across each egg, taking care not to damage the yolk. Heat the ghee in a saucepan until very hot. Fry the eggs until golden brown on all sides. Mix the spices well in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the eggs and continue to cook for another minute. Serve while piping hot. Serve with flatbread to soak up the seasoned fat.
