Fried Tart Soup (Barbara Wussow)

- 250 ml Natural mineral water
- 70 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Flour
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 shot Oil
- 1 l Broth
- 1 bunch Chives
Deep fry soup
- For the deep-fried soup, first whisk the mineral water with milk, salt and eggs, then stir in the flour so that a creamy dough is formed.
- Now do not let some oil get too hot in a pan, pour in a ladle full of the batter and bake very thin pancakes.
- Let the pancakes cool, roll them up individually and cut into thin strips.
- Place each in a deep plate and pour the broth from the boiled beef. Finally sprinkle with chives.
