Fried Tart Soup (Barbara Wussow)

  • 250 ml Natural mineral water
  • 70 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Flour
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 shot Oil
  • 1 l Broth
  • 1 bunch Chives

Deep fry soup

  1. For the deep-fried soup, first whisk the mineral water with milk, salt and eggs, then stir in the flour so that a creamy dough is formed.
