Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 350 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla sugar packet
- 1 Lemon untreated, juice and grated. peel
- 1 tbsp Rum
- 1 kg Quark semi-fat
- 1 Vanilla pudding packet
- 4 tbsp Semolina
- 1 A pAck of bAking powder
- Margarine for greasing
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Beat the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest and rum.
- Add the quark with the pudding powder and stir well.
- Add semolina with baking powder and stir well.
- Grease the springform pan (28cm) well and pour in the quark mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C. for about 60-70 minutes on the middle rack.
- Dust the cake with icing sugar and serve while it is still warm.
