Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla sugar packet
  • 1 Lemon untreated, juice and grated. peel
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • 1 kg Quark semi-fat
  • 1 Vanilla pudding packet
  • 4 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 A pAck of bAking powder
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  • Add lemon juice, lemon zest and rum.
  • Add the quark with the pudding powder and stir well.
  • Add semolina with baking powder and stir well.
  • Grease the springform pan (28cm) well and pour in the quark mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C. for about 60-70 minutes on the middle rack.
  • Dust the cake with icing sugar and serve while it is still warm.
