Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 250 g North Sea crabs
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Fry the bacon in fat and sauté the onion. Peel the potatoes, dice them finely, and roast them. Season with salt and pepper. Now stir in the crab and fry briefly. Fry the fried eggs in a separate pan and season. Place the crab and fried potato mixture on a plate and place the fried egg on top. Serve with a green salad and fresh, buttered bread.
