Fruit ice cream on a stick

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g Skyr
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

Low-carb

Simply mix the ingredients together. If you’re using frozen strawberries, a blender is recommended. Of course, you can also substitute raspberries, blueberries, etc. for the strawberries. Maintaining the mixing ratio is crucial. Tips: If the natural sweetness of the fruit isn’t enough for you, you can simply use vanilla skyr instead of plain skyr. Alternatively, you can add 6g of vanilla whey or a little sweetener or flavor drops. Pour the mixture into suitable containers and freeze for at least 4 hours before eating. I use Chosigt from Ikea. The quantities given are for 6 50ml molds. One ice cream then has 30 kcal.
