Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 6 cl rum, white, e.g. Havana Club
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 lime(s)
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender with about half a cup of crushed ice. Blend on low speed until frothy and pour into chilled champagne glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
