Frozen fruit sticks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 bananas
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 6 kiwis
  • 500 g chocolate
  • 1 pack of candy (M&Ms)
  • possibly sugar sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 11 hours

makes 24 pieces

Peel and halve the bananas, then halve the strawberries and peel and quarter the kiwis. Thread half a banana onto each skewer. Alternate the kiwis and strawberries on each skewer (about 4 pieces, for a total of 24 skewers). Place the fruit skewers on a plate and place them in the freezer. Once the fruit is frozen, bring a pot of water to a boil. Once it’s boiling, place a suitable bowl on top and melt the chocolate. Cover the fruit with the melted chocolate. Decorate the fruit skewers with sprinkles, M&Ms, or something similar. Finally, place everything back in the freezer overnight.
