Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

suitable for springform pan Quadro 24 x 35 cm

Quickly mix the ingredients into a dough. Pour into a large fruit base dish and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
