Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g nuts, grated
- 400 g dried fruits, plums, apricots, arancini
- 350 g flour
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
You can use different dried fruits according to your taste
Preheat oven to 170°C (top and bottom heat). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 60 minutes. Once cooled, cut into pieces.
