Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 60 ml egg liqueur
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g grapes
  • whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the fruit into small pieces. Mix the curd cheese, mascarpone, advocaat, and honey well. Stir in the fruit, divide among dessert bowls, and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
