Fruit curd with blueberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of quark
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 jar blueberries
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine the quark and Cremefine in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the sugar and butter and beat again. Drain the blueberries and add them to the cream, folding in with a spoon. Refrigerate the quark dish before serving.
