Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 9 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 9 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 9 tbsp oil
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. Pour the batter into a greased fruit base pan (it will be very runny). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes (test with a skewer for doneness). Now top with any fruit of your choice and finally drizzle with glaze. The base is very moist and won’t dry out.
