Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter or margarine
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • ½ cup milk

Mom’s recipe

The above ingredients are for one pie crust! Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and two eggs together until a smooth batter forms. Then combine the flour with the baking powder and add gradually. Add the milk last, not all at once. Now mix with a mixer until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the prepared pie crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20 minutes. Once cooled, the crust can be topped with any desired toppings.
