  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 130 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g fruit, of your choice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe for the ice cream maker

First, puree/blend the fruit. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend. Then, continue processing in the ice cream maker.
