Two-tone chocolate spread with crunchy pieces

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g white chocolate with strawberry pieces
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tsp cocoa nibs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chocolate for breakfast

Melt the white chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Whisk the melted, not too hot, chocolate with the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Once melted, stir in the cream cheese again, then stir in the cocoa nibs. Layer the white and dark cream alternately in a screw-top jar. The cream is ready to eat.
