Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- ½ apple or pear
- Milk
- Flour
- 3 drops of vanilla flavor
- 1 tsp sweetener, liquid
- butter
Instructions

Mash the bananas with a fork and add enough milk to create a smooth cream. Then add enough flour to form a dry mixture, then enough milk again to make a smooth pancake batter. Wash and core the pear or apple, then fold it into the batter in small pieces. Add the vanilla extract and sweetener. Heat a pan and melt a little butter. Then add about 2 tablespoons of the batter for each pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides.
