Dessert Pizza

For the yeast dough, add the flour to a bowl, then add the olive oil, sugar, salt, yeast, and lukewarm water. Knead everything into a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. In the meantime, make your own custard or use store-bought custard. Now prepare the fruit. Peel the kiwis, slice them, and then halve them. Wash the strawberries and then thinly slice them. Wash the grapes and blueberries, then set them aside. Roll out the dough on a work surface and place it on a baking sheet. Brush the dough with custard and bake it for about eight to ten minutes at 200°C. Once the base is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Once the base is cold, place the fruit on the custard, arranging the fruit in any pattern you like. Let your creativity run wild. Have fun making it. Naturally Delicious
