Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g fruit, fresh or frozen (no added sugar)
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, peel, and trim the fruit as needed. Then chop the flesh into small pieces. Heat the water and add the fruit as soon as it boils. After 10-15 minutes on low heat, the fruit will be soft enough to puree or mash.
