Fruit Quark Cake

  • 125 g Butter
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 kg Quark
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Sweet cream
  • 1 Pc. Lemon with zest
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Currants
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. For the base, mix together the flour, sugar, butter, the egg and baking powder and distribute in the greased springform pan, making an approx.
  3. For the filling, first stir the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding until creamy. Now add the eggs. Whisk the quark and sour cream to a homogeneous mass and add to the filling. Add lemon and zest to refine. Finally, whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the filling.
