Ingredients
for the dough
- 150 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
for covering
- 500 g Apples
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 2 cups Cream
to sprinkle
- Cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
- Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Stir in eggs one at a time.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir briefly into the egg mixture.
- Place on a greased baking sheet (with frame 22X30) and distribute well.
- Peel, quarter and core apples and cut into small cubes.
- Spread on the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 30 minutes.
- Let cool down.
- Mix the sugar, cream setting agent and vanilla sugar.
- Whip the cream and sour cream until stiff, pour in the sugar mixture.
