Apple Pie with Sour Cream Topping

  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder

for covering

  • 500 g Apples
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Cream

  1. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
