Ingredients
 

for the dough

  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder

for covering

  • 500 g Apples
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Cream

to sprinkle

  • Cinnamon and sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
  • Stir in eggs one at a time.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder and stir briefly into the egg mixture.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet (with frame 22X30) and distribute well.
  • Peel, quarter and core apples and cut into small cubes.
  • Spread on the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 30 minutes.
  • Let cool down.
  • Mix the sugar, cream setting agent and vanilla sugar.
  • Whip the cream and sour cream until stiff, pour in the sugar mixture.
  • Spread on the cake.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
