Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g grapes
  • 50 ml juice (multivitamin juice)
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with applesauce and coconut flakes

Cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Combine the juice, applesauce, and desiccated coconut, then toss to combine with the fruit. Chill the fruit salad and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can, of course, substitute the fruit if you like.
