Fruit Salad de Luxe

The perfect fruit salad de luxe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Pineapple fresh
  • 1 packet Physalis
  • 1 Pitahaya
  • 1 Bowl Blueberries fresh
  • 1 Bowl Raspberries
  • 2 Pears
  • 3 Oranges 2 filleted / 1 juice
  • 1 Mango
  • 3 Kiwi
  • 1 Melon-Net or Galia
  • 1 Sugar
  1. Peel the pineapple, pitahaya, pears, kiwi and melon and cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl
  2. Add the filleted oranges and the washed and dried blueberries to the bowl
  3. Cut the mango to the right and left of the stone, peel and cut into cubes ….. roughly cut what is hanging on the stone and puree with the juice of an orange, then pour into the bowl with the rest of the fruit, mix
  4. Possibly season the fruit salad with a little sugar and place the raspberries decoratively on top of the fruit before serving
