Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 nectarines
- 1 mango(s)
- 150 g Parma ham
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper, coarsely ground
- 3 stalks of basil, leaves cut into strips
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp coarse mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, prepare the dressing: Combine all ingredients. Wash, peel, and slice the mango and nectarines. Cut the Parma ham into wide strips. Mix everything together, sprinkle with pepper and basil leaves, and stir in the dressing.
