Fruit salad on honeydew melon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 bananas
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quarter the melon and scoop out the flesh with a melon baller. Wash the peaches and cut into wedges, removing the pits. Slice the bananas. Wash the blueberries. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (about 2 tablespoons) and drizzle over the fruit. Stir the quark until smooth and season with maple syrup. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the quark. Briefly toast the almond slivers in a pan. Arrange the melon boats on plates and top with the fruit mixture. Spread the quark mixture over the fruit and serve sprinkled with almond slivers.
