- 400 g peach(s)
- 300 g melon(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 g brittle
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and slice the banana. Peel and slice the peaches. Halve and peel the melon, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces. Place everything in a bowl. Pour lemon juice over the fruit and mix well. Divide the fruit among 4 small bowls, sprinkle with the crushed brittle, and serve. To crush the brittle, place it in a paper bag and smash it with a meat tenderizer.
