Fruit Salad with Cointreau
The perfect fruit salad with cointreau recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Blueberries fresh
- 125 g Raspberries
- 125 g Physalis
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 8 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
- 3 tablespoon Cointreau
- 2 teaspoon Fig jam
- 0,5 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 0,5 something Cereal
- Wash the fruit, drain through a sieve, add sugar and place in a bowl.
- Beat the cream with a whisk until frothy. Add the Cointraue, the fig jam and the pulp of half the vanilla pod and stir with a whisk until creamy.
- Pour the cream sauce over the salad and sprinkle some muesli mixture over it.
