Fruit Salad with Cointreau

The perfect fruit salad with cointreau recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Blueberries fresh
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 125 g Physalis
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 8 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
  • 3 tablespoon Cointreau
  • 2 teaspoon Fig jam
  • 0,5 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 0,5 something Cereal
  1. Wash the fruit, drain through a sieve, add sugar and place in a bowl.
  2. Beat the cream with a whisk until frothy. Add the Cointraue, the fig jam and the pulp of half the vanilla pod and stir with a whisk until creamy.
  3. Pour the cream sauce over the salad and sprinkle some muesli mixture over it.
