Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels (180g each)
- 1 tsp oil
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tsp mustard
- 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the turkey schnitzels with salt and pepper. Sear them well on each side, then remove them from the pan. Add the diced onions and sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock and add the passata, stirring in the mustard. Place the schnitzels on the stock and cook with the lid on for another 10 minutes. Remove the schnitzels and pour the milk into the tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic. This dish goes wonderfully with rice or pasta.
