Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
- ½ pack flavoring (Zitroback)
- 350 ml buttermilk
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 jar sour cherries (well drained)
- 1 can of mandarin oranges (well drained)
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 lemon(s), the juice, possibly 2
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Beat the sugar, margarine, and vanilla sugar until fluffy, gradually adding the eggs. Add the buttermilk and flavorings and mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Mix the drained fruit with 1-2 tablespoons of flour and carefully fold in. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top and bottom heat) for about 70-80 minutes. Let cool thoroughly, turn out, spread with the glaze, and garnish.
