Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 large apple
- 250 ml orange juice
- 2 lemon(s), the juice
- some salt

Finely grate the carrots. Peel and finely grate the apples, and add them to the carrots. Squeeze the lemons, pour the lemon and orange juice over the salad, and season with salt. Add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Add more sugar to taste if the salad seems too sour. Important: Prepare the day before so the salad can marinate properly. It tastes wonderfully fresh and fruity.
