Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 g Gouda, young, in one piece
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 500 g grapes, dark, seedless
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g mayonnaise
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim the edges of the cheese and coarsely grate it (pre-grated cheese doesn’t taste as good as freshly grated cheese in this recipe). Halve the grapes and drain the pineapple pieces in a colander. Finely crush the garlic and then combine everything with the mayonnaise in a large bowl. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
