Fruity Chicken
The perfect fruity chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 1 Chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika spice
- 2 Mandarins
- 4 Apples
- 2 tablespoon Raisins

- 250 ml Poultry broth
- 150 ml Apple juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cornstarch to bind

- Wash the chicken, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and paprika inside and out and place in the 175 C oven.
- Wash the apples, remove the core with an apple cutter and fill the apples with the raisins, peel and fillet the mandarins.

- After about 40 minutes of frying time, add the apples and mandarins to the chicken, add the poultry stock and the apple juice. And finish cooking.
- Take the chicken out of the oven and divide the sauce with a little cornstarch whisked in water.
Serve
- Place an apple and a piece of chicken on the plate with sauce and serve with potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
