Fruity Chicken

The perfect fruity chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

chicken

  • 1 Chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • 2 Mandarins
  • 4 Apples
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins

sauce

  • 250 ml Poultry broth
  • 150 ml Apple juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cornstarch to bind

  1. Wash the chicken, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and paprika inside and out and place in the 175 C oven.
  2. Wash the apples, remove the core with an apple cutter and fill the apples with the raisins, peel and fillet the mandarins.

sauce

  1. After about 40 minutes of frying time, add the apples and mandarins to the chicken, add the poultry stock and the apple juice. And finish cooking.
  2. Take the chicken out of the oven and divide the sauce with a little cornstarch whisked in water.

Serve

  1. Place an apple and a piece of chicken on the plate with sauce and serve with potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
