Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 servings of frozen salmon
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp broth, granulated
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 tbsp dill
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the frozen salmon in a casserole dish. Mix the other ingredients well in a bowl, season to taste, and pour over the fish. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with wild rice or tagliatelle and carrots. You can also use mixed herbs if you like.
